Fires burned day and night and the sounds of metal being hammered into deadly weapons and armor could be heard for miles. So it came to be that on this day a week ago, our little hero received news that the land to the south had been overtaken by armies of dead and mutated warriors. Towns were burned and its inhabitants slain or shackled. The king of the southern lands had lost his daughter in a seige of the castle. Now our little warrior is off to lend his hand in the recovery of the princess and the land.

Daedalus made a safe escape, but poor Icarus, despite his father\'s warning, flew too close to the sun, melting the wax of his wings and crashing into the sea.
