Reload Using R. If you find yourself in trouble use the E key to duck behind cover, from hwere you cannot sustain damage and are safe to reload your weapon.
Mission 2 - DE-AZTEC: Right before the mission starts you can purchase new weapons and restock ammo. Super Soldier - press a to jump or exit the vehicle. Press s to shoot or drop bombs (hold down s to charge/aim). press q to enter the vehicle. use the arrow keys to move around and aim. You goal is to convert all the enemy flags and then head back to the base. Good luck in the super soldier game!
