A collision with any one of the above can cost you your dream care, so be careful. Hold up as long as you can while driving at the highest possible speed.

As you move through the infected body you can see many bad cells floating around, you have to use d and h buttons to shoot at those cells to get them smaller, once they are smaller you can eat them and grow, the bigger you get the quicker you will be able to eat the infected cells, the only thing is that the closer to the heart of the infection you get the bigger the infected cells will be, so you have to make sure you grow or else you will stand no chance on your super biology adventure.
