The clip kicks off with Michael Rappaport asking the same question the song's title inquires, and then comes to life with a montage of downtown NYC scenes with guest appearances from Lou of it All in a barber's chair and Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio paying homage to the East Village's Joe Strummer mural.
