i meant like as far as value and time put into each shot, camera angles, cast and overall production value of the show. i wasnt talking about cost.

Actually it looks like it's shot on a low budget (which it is) although it doesn't really matter because of the quality. Afterall, it airs on AMC (one of the lesser known channels) and has a surprisingly low number of viewers so yeah, it is shot on a low budget and stuff.

I think that Breaking Bad is an amazing show, however, shows like The Wire, Sex Feet Under and The Sopranos are unrivaled.
