Not really..in africa...we have black people with blue or green eyes...dark of light skin..not anything to do with mix blood..me personaly i am a dark skin african with grey eyes..That doesn't mean that i am mix..

Her father is French and her mother is from Madgascar, which is a french island off of Africa. I think her mom would be considered Black, i'm sure.
