Very nice video and I like the way Eric thinks about the way of running the company. There are some CEOs who have no idea how to run their companies. Pressure and too tight timeframes kills productivity and motivation. Thanks Eric!

endusers happiness with ads? A CTR of 1% means 99 out of 100 questions remain unanswered. Seems like Google has still a very long way to go..
