yeah, she shot the videos in eastern washington. it is the side of washington that gets most of the sunshine, hence where all the fruits are grown in the pacific northwest.

The song title is actually "我要为你唱首歌", which means "I have to sing a song for you". What she says 我要轻轻为你唱首歌, is "I want to gently sing a song for you." 轻轻 is "lightly, gently, etc..."
