i thought it would be a little more. but in reality, the real purpose of this car is how it handles a road course. and most cars cannot touch it in that catagory. even the ones that are considerably faster than it.

that's because the electronic system is focusing on the rpm's AFTER the shift b/c it wants to fall into the best part of the torque range for acceleration purposes. redline is reffering to the engines limits NOT the best time to shift. Tthe optimal shift point is usually a few hundred rpms lower in most cars.
