to those bashing canadians and americans about whose better and whose worse, I say look up the devils brigade. It is a joint canadian/USA commando force. They struck fear in the german troops, calling them "black devils"

3rd class certificate prof., Insurance broker...Ah, but there's a little ugly secret about the Ypres battle that the Canadians were involved in before the Somme and Vimy. Ypres (1915) seasonned with chlorine gas (Cl2 that's right)! Foreign legions from France (North Africans) also tasted that. I wonder why this little detail was left-out of the picture as to why the : ''NEGLEGT NOTHING'' philosophy of A. Currie came upon...? Any historian on board?

Amen to that brother. I was in the Canadian Army and I can honestly say the Americans are good guys. I've spent alot of time on US military bases and they were very, very good to us. They treated us like family.

actually we are more advanced than england. for like the last 15 years we been rated number 1 infantry, 15 years before it was japan, but we stole their title:)

we canadians enjoy acting arrogant in the army. we intentionally don't salute our officers just to piss them off, and we act all sloppy, but we take our objectives when it is needed.
