yeah the death scene was stupid, and unfortunately after this ER did get poor. :-( i still love it though and the final 5 or 6 seasons were still AS good as other tv shows...just not as brilliant as the previous ones!! i was SO shocked in the first episode of series 8 though. proper shocked!!!

Great compilation!!! For everything one could have hated about him, there was still something about him... personally I really liked Robert, and Paul McCrane gave something to the character I think no one else could have. Thank you!

Yea, they made it sound like he had it coming. From my view, Robert Romano was not a bad person. While he was completely insensitive, often rude, and petty, he gave his patients nothing less than the best in care.

ER used to have such sharp writing. I so dissapointed. A helicopter with a grudge? Could have worked in some sort of surreal comedy.

My favorite character from the series! Made all the seasons he was in worth watching. After the writers killed him in a stupid unrealistic way, it was all down hill for E.R.

Robert Romano was one on my favourite characters. I loved him because he was very cynical and that was very funny. Romano had sentiments but he prefered to keep his sentiments in himself.

One of my favorite characters on the show, and definitely one of the most interesting. Maybe somewhere he is an inspiration for House :) But the way he died was just stupid.

Stopped watching er after romano death. The helicopter came back to finish him off? Just stoopid...
